FAQs

Yes, we are not looking for any particular past experience but we rather focus on certain competences needed for our roles.

AIG provides training to all new employees. During the first two days of onboarding you will receive a general overview of the company and an induction into the centre of excellence organizational model.

The next step is called process training, where you will receive the knowledge needed to perform the tasks related to your job.

We strongly believe that learning is a continuous process, so throughout your career with AIG you will have multiple training opportunities to expand your professional knowledge and personal competences.

AIG accepts candidate submissions through the company website, job portals and email. When applying by email, resumes/CVs should be submitted as Word or PDF documents. In case you are interested in a particular position, please specify this when sending your application.

Otherwise, we will consider your CV for all of the current openings and keep it in our database for future opportunities.

If you have applied previously for a role in AIG, you can always send us your application again. We reconsider the candidates for each selection process.

Your resume will be reviewed by a talent acquisition specialist. If you meet the requirements listed in the job advertisement, we will initiate a phone conversation where we will give you more details about the job and will describe the steps of the selection process. Usually, the first step in the process is skills assessment (language and technical skills), and if passed successfully, we will organize a face-to-face interview in our office. Once we complete this process, you can expect final decision on your application. All contacted candidates will receive feedback on their application, regardless of the outcome.

Performance Management is a continuous process between employees and their managers. It works best when managers and employees engage in regular conversations about their goals, performance and development. The company has a performance management philosophy that supports and rewards your contributions by applying a consistent and transparent approach. You will participate in our annual performance review process which starts with goal settings and finishes with your year-end performance review.
